opening day

Premium type — the flagship café store
20+ pyeong (about 66 m²) café-style flagship: dine-in seating, the full brand experience. Official Anghodu footage.
Kiosk type — compact and efficient
Around 6 pyeong (about 20 m²) for malls, hospitals, stations and food courts — fast service, 1–2 person operation. Official Anghodu footage.
Store formats, and what headquarters provides
Three interior formats: Premium (20+ pyeong, about 66 m², café flagship), Basic (the standard neighborhood model for dine-in, takeout and delivery) and Kiosk (~6 pyeong, about 20 m², compact). The format follows the trade area; the product and the system stay the same.
Included in every partnership
- Training. A structured programme with lectures, manuals and videos. A new operator can run a shift after a day at the counter.
- Opening support. Site review, interior guidelines for the three formats, and a launch kit of opening materials.
- Supply. Batter and fillings from one HACCP-certified plant, held at −18°C, with packaging and seasonal items shipped on the same route.
- Tools. The dedicated order app, operating manuals and a supervisor assigned to the store.
- Brand. Ang-i character assets for packaging, goods and the shop itself, plus seasonal promotion materials from headquarters.

Four ways a store earns
Sales come from four channels — dine-in, counter sales, takeout and group orders — so revenue does not rest on any single one, through trade areas and seasons. Group and thank-you orders are a signature strength: our record is 6,000 pieces ordered in a single day.
Six steps to opening
Disclosure & agreement review → trade-area analysis & lease → franchise contract → interior survey → supervisor assignment → grand opening.

Built to be photographed
The interior is not decoration around the product — it is half of why people come back with someone else. Warm neutrals, one arch, lit shelving for the gift boxes, and the character where you cannot miss it. Formats run from a full café down to a compact kiosk of about six pyeong.
